Tips for Working With a General Contractor

A GC is a professional in the construction industry that oversees construction projects. 3. Ask to see examples of similar projects to your own. If you hire a contractor for a big remodeling job, it is important to confirm that you are happy with the end product. When reviewing examples of previous work, make sure to ask plenty of questions, and never be afraid to point things out that you are unsure of. So if you see evidence of bad workmanship, look for a different contractor; as you want someone that will pay attention to even the smallest details.
